Request for Trustee Review - Construction

The subdivision’s Indenture specifies that certain property improvements require the prior approval of the Trustees. See sections 2.01 (Trustees’ Duties and Powers) and 3.02 (Use Restrictions) of the Third Revised & Restated Indenture. 

If you want to construct a building, deck, porch, patio, fence, wall, railing, other structure, or want to make any other exterior addition or change, please review the Indenture.  Please obtain Trustee approval of these projects before work commences. 

•  To begin the review process, please click on the button below to complete a survey about your proposed project and include a detailed description. 
•  Upon submission of the survey, the Trustees will conduct a review, which includes soliciting input from neighboring residents who may be impacted. 
• The Trustees may ask for additional information and may also request to visit with you to discuss your project before reaching a final decision regarding your project.
